The Crimpgimp is our most compact, multi-functional hold for training finger strength. With over 7 different gripping positions and a single bolt rotating setup, this training hold easily surpasses a traditional hangboard. You can use the Crimpgimp in these three ways:
Easy mode. This gives you a medium sized flat hold, sloper and crimper
Hard mode. This gives you a small sized flat hold, sloper, crimper and slopy crimper.
Superman mode: This allows you to pinch the holds or take them sideways to train your shoulder or compression strength.

Using the Basewood to mount the Crimpgimp on allows you to easily change the shoulder width of the holds, put one hold higher than the other for uneven loads and ofcourse allows you to spin the holds, using the one-bolt-setup.
